WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY ON RAWELEMENT?

14-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Rawelement, we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Just ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.

Refunds are issued as Rawelement Store Credits, which can be used toward any future purchase. Please note that monetary refunds are not available.

Note: If you’re unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the return window begins from that initial attempt.

Received the Wrong, Damaged, or Incomplete Order?

No worries—if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect item, or your order is missing units, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the product and packaging for faster resolution.

We’ll arrange a free pickup and either issue store credits or send a replacement—subject to availability.

Category-Specific Return Guidelines

Nutrition Products

  • Must be returned sealed and in original packaging

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned

  • Reactions like rashes, stomach upset, or flavor preferences are not valid reasons for return—please consult a healthcare professional before purchasing.

Fitness Equipment & Accessories

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery

  • Fitness Equipment: Returnable only in case of manufacturing defects

  • Accessories: Returnable for defects, size, or color issues

Replacements depend on stock availability. If a product is unavailable, store credits will be issued.

What Can’t Be Returned

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damaged due to misuse or incorrect use

  • Malfunction from mishandling

  • Consumables that have been opened or used

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC codes

  • Individual items from bundled offers (combos)

If a return is attempted without all original packaging, the product may be sent back to you at your cost. If missing packaging can be reinstated, you may return the item via SpeedPost at your own expense.

Special Promotions & Policy Exceptions

Promotional items may follow different return rules. Rawelement reserves the right to define, modify, or withdraw such rules at any time.

COVID-19 & Force Majeure Conditions

During extraordinary events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, Rawelement reserves the right to suspend return and refund services to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. We appreciate your understanding during such times.

How to Start a Return

Just email us at [email protected]. We’ll coordinate a pickup where possible, or guide you to send the item via SpeedPost. If you ship it back, we’ll reimburse the courier fee.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued as Rawelement Store Credits valid for 365 days from the issue date, and can be used toward any product on our site.
